Description

This piece features a dense cluster of translucent, rhombohedral crystals. The crystals exhibit a glassy to pearly luster and vary in color from nearly colorless to a soft, smoky gray. The sharp, well-defined rhombic habits are characteristic of high-quality Tsumeb material, forming a complex, three-dimensional arrangement. 

The specimen is professionally displayed on a black, double-tiered base with custom metal supports, highlighting its intricate geometry from all angles. Smithsonite from Tsumeb is highly prized by collectors because the mine is now closed, making such high-quality specimens increasingly rare.
